What is Click Phone?
Click Phone is a Push to Talk Web Call Back service ( sometimes called, Click to Call, Click to Talk, Push to Call ) for Real Estate Professionals that allows your online visitors to instantly connect to your cell phone from your website, email, or MLS. It requires no fancy software downloads, speakers or microphones to use. All that is required is an open phone line from your prospect to receive the call. Most importantly, it's a toll free call for your prospect and will even capture their phone number for later follow up.
How Do You Dial?
The Click Phone system takes care of all of the dialing for your prospect and you. When your prospect has a question, they press the "Push to Talk" button found on your website. They then enter their phone number in the teleform and our system will instantly call them back while simultaneously calling the phone number you designated in advanced.
Is There A Charge For The Call?
There is a never a charge for your prospect to use the Click Phone service. Think of the service as a "Clickable 1-800 Number" for your clients. All of the Click Phone service plans include unlimited web-to-phone minutes so there is never a charge for the agent as well.
How Do I Know The Call Is From My Website or Email?
Click Phone will provide you with a special caller id phone number for your account to identify each call from your Click Phone service. Simply program this phone number in your cell phone as "Click Phone" and you will be able to identify each call easily.
How Does Caller ID Work?
When someone uses the Click Phone service all calls will show up with a phone number we give you to identify the call. The call will never show up on your cell phone as the callers actual phone number because we want you to be able to identify the call as from your website or email. Although, we will email you or text you the caller's phone number after the call is completed for later follow up.
Can I Change The Phone Number The Click Phone Service Routes To?
Yes. The phone number call be changed on the fly by calling us or emailing us with the new phone number.
How Many Websites Can I Use The Click Phone Service On?
You can use the service on as many websites as you want. There is no limit to the amount of websites that the service can be used on.
Is The Click Phone Service Only Local?
No. The Click Phone service can be used anywhere in the continental U.S. and Canada to connect a call to your phone number.
Can Click Phone Call More Than One Number?
No. The Click Phone service can only route to one phone number.
Can I Have The Teleform Branded To My Website's Look and Feel?
Yes. For an extra fee we can brand the teleform to look exactly like your website instead of the Click Phone brand.
What Happens If I Miss A Call?
If you miss a call from the Click Phone service it will go to your voicemail just like any other incoming call would. Click Phone will then email you or text message you the caller's phone number for a later follow up.
How Does The Email Stationary Work?
The email stationary works with Outlook and Outlook Express mail programs on your computer. After we design your email stationary, we send you an HTML file that you copy to a folder on your computer. You then can select the stationary from Outlook or Outlook Express to add to your outgoing emails.
